Hi girls, im just wondering if it is possible to "FLIP"using sure cuts alot. Im wanting to have a crack at glass etching aand everything i read says you have to flip the text. I also found someone who said to use school contact as it is alot cheaper than vinyl. Why do you have to FLIP? I just assumed i would place vinyl or contact on the cutting mat and cut as normal. Does the vinyl/contact get placed upside down and this is why you have to flip?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Oh and what sort of font is best to use for etching. Im after a cursive script style font.

You do not have to flip text if you are etching the outside of an item. If you are etching the underside of a plate, and not the top, then you do have to flip. Here are some basic etching directions for you.
