Looking for a font's name

Does anyone know the name of the font that happens to have a dot on every endpoint? I don't have a picture of it.

I am looking for a dot letter font also. There is one called Cool dots, but I am looking for one that is a bit thicker and the dots larger.
Windows XP, SCAL 2.102, Inkscape 0.47
