* Added menu items to move/scale/rotate objects under the Object menu
* Added preference item to set the "Keep Proportions" option to be on/off by default
* Added preference item to set the DPI for when importing SVG files
* Various bug fixes
Downloaded it and it looks great - that DPI preference is going to be great for all of us Inkscape users!

For those wanting to lock the keep proportions go to Edit - Prefereces and there is tick box there.

Thank you for allowing us to set the Keep Proportions to always be on!! I have forgotten to do it soooo many times in the past couple of weeks! Yippee! Going to do my download now!
