How to use a scut file

I am new to this and I've searched the boards on how to open scut files for cutting. Can anyone help? There are some really cute projects in scut files, but I can't get them to open.

You have to open them within SCAL. Just go to File-open oroject & then doublt click on scut file yoy wish to open,

Thank you. I just realized I had to switch my file type to all files not just svg's. They open great!
