Can't view my Font Library

Post by Knitting Finn »

I just installed SCAL 2.0 (new purchase) and it activated fine, but I cannot view my fonts- it only shows my default font (Arial). The shapes library seems fine with shapes, tags, weather, etc. I have Vista 32bit if that makes any difference. I did try the Edit/ Preferences/ Restore Defaults that was suggested in another post. Any ideas? Thanks, Teri

There is a drop down box when you have your Text Tool open and from there you can see all of your fonts. However, this upgrade shows them much smaller for me than in the previous version and I cannot make my tex box any bigger so I can see them better. Is there a way this could be fixed so those of us with bad eyes can see the fonts listed a bit bigger. Oh I know I could just select the font and then see it in the table, but it was easier before to just enlarge the font box.

Hello , i haven't upgraded yet but i did load the trail version and when you open the program the first font is arial if you click on any letter the fonts open on your left, it will show you the arial font and next to it is a arrow point down ,you hit that and all of my fonts are there. give that a try and see.

there is a small tool bar where you select a T that brings up the text menu. You cannot resize the text window to see thetext bigger.
The extra click on on the T in the toor bar allows you to set the text to type down the page if you want to.The T appears with a small down arrow on it.
