Its really cute be great made up with a pattern paper as well
You could also cut double flower and make it more elaborate

I am completely new to SCAL so this may be a strange question. I can't get this file to cut beyond 5.5 inches...so it is only cutting the base of the flower and even that is incomplete. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

If you have the baby bug, it will only cut to 5.5 inches (with both SCAL and DS) so you will need to resize before you cut. If you have the E and SCAL 2 you need to set the mat size in the Cutter menu and in the document window. HTH
