Footprints with flower
Can anyone/does anyone have this or know how to do this a foot with a flower? I have an email/picture but don't know how to get it here - please help...... thanks

There is a Choose File button below the Preview and Submit buttons on a new post. Choose your file, then click Add File. Place the cursor in your message where you would like the picture, then click on the Place Inline button that will appear just below the text box. HTH
