My baby bug wont work...cant update firmware.

I have both bugs...used the big E..updated firmware and no problem with that machine. Tried to update firmware and now it tells me machine not recognized..I want to be able to use SCAL and DS on both machines, one at a time of course. Anyone have any ideas why the baby bug is not recognized in DS??

When you tried to update the firmware on the baby bug, did you select the option for the baby bug on the firmware page?

If so, I have no idea. You should be able to update both.

yes, i did all that...and now, my big E wont cut with SCAL..doesnt recognize it...grrrrrrrrrrrrr...now I have to search and find out why...
