step by step how to delete backgrounds from a photo. I did my first convert of a jpg into an svg tonight! I followed the inkscape video tutorial from Scrappy Dew (Thank you soooo much to you for the step by step directions......it was great!!!) and converted a photo of a very famous person but in the photo there is a background and I want just this person who is in the foreground in the photo. Is there a tutorial somewhere that can show me ......and others.......how to delete backgrounds? Thanks to you all for the help. If I can get this to look somewhat normal I will post it here!

Do a google search for that with the name of the photo editing software you are using. For instance, "removing backgrounds with Photoshop" That is a very common topic in photo editing, but not so common topic here that we have tutorials handy for all the different programs.
