I did it!!! I finally figured it out. It's not fantastic, it's plain & simple, but it gets the job done.
I made all the pages the same size, you'll need to trim them down to go into book form. I did that b/c I like mine to overlap more than most. This lets you decide.
You'll need to dload all 3 files and print them. The "letters" page needs to be printed in a different color.
