SCAL 5 problems

Hello I have been using SCAL5 for a few weeks now and do not understand why
I cannot use fill color for any item on the mat. I can type in a name or add a shape
but cannot add a fill color to anything? I understand what to have to do but for some
reason it does not change to a fill color. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

There are several things that can prevent a shape from filling with color:

(1) On the Document Panel, you have Show Outlines Only checked.

(2) On the Document Panel, you have Workspace Alpha set to 0... make it 100 for full color.

(3) On the Fill & Stroke Panel, either you don't have Color selected next to Fill or the Opacity is set to 0.

(4) Your shapes are not closed shapes.

Report back if you're still having issues.

Hello thank you for your help I've got it working now. The show outlines only was checked now it works perfect thanks again very much appreciated.
