help with firmware update PLEASE

I can't download/update my firmware. I did download trial version of Design Studio, but that was not given as an option and I can't figure out how to do it!!! Please help ASAP---I have a 4 day crop Thursday!!

open up design studio go to help and update firmware make sure u have your cricut connected to your comp via usb
