Does SCAL work on new Expressions

First, I want to thank everyone for the awesome Tutorials and designs. It has help so much in learning SCAL and Inkscape. This forum has opened a whole new world of crafting to me. I got a Create for xmas and hubby found SCAL for me. I am so addicted to this forum and all of the of the great things you can make with it, that I now want to get an Expressions. Before I purchase one, I want to make sure that I can still use SCAL on a new machine. I have been reading here about PC putting a block on SCAL in the newest version. If SCAL won't work with a new Expressions than I won't purchase one. To me, a Cricut is too expensive and limited without SCAL! I won't buy a bigger machine unless I know for sure that SCAL will work with it. Can someone tell me if SCAL will still work with a new Expressions machine? If it won't, are there any other cutters that will? Thanks again for all of your help. KK

I just bought a new Expressions and my SCAL was up and running in minutes.....you are gonna love it:)

Thanks so much for replying. I am so glad that SCAL still works. Now that I have discovered all of the amazing things you can do with SCAL I feel limited with my 6X12 mat. I am learning to use Inkscape thanks to all the great tutorials and I hope to have a design that is good enough to post some day soon. There are so many talented people on this forum, that it is a little intimidating for me to post. I want to wait until I have something amazing too.
