I am thinking of buying this, but I just want to know how did mac users upgrade the firmware on their bugs, or did you not have to?
Thanks!

Re: Mac users - upgrading firmware
I borrowed my hubby's work computer (windows) and downloaded and installed the cricut design studio trial software on it. Used that software to update the firmware on my expression and once I knew it was working I uninstalled CDS from hubby's computer. It worked like a charm!!!
Another way would be to try to hook up with someone you know has CDS installed and working on their laptop (or a friend whose desktop introduce to your little bug). You can use any installed version of CDS software to update the firmware on your bug.
Sorry, not many options out there for us mac users yet.

Thanks Diana!
I have access to a PC laptop, so I'll just borrow it to do the upgrade. Glad to hear it all works! Getting excited to start playing!
