SCAL 4 cutting problem

I have been SCAL 4 with a graphtec cutter for almost 2 years now with no problems. It looks like after an update to SCAL 4 just a couple weeks ago something has gone wrong. Now often when a send a cut to the cutter everything is shifted to one side or another just a small amout and it falls outside of the cutting area so the edges do not get cut. The attached image shows where the cut stopped, skipped a short distance and started cutting again. This normally happens if the file is larger then the cut area of the material but in my case it is smaller. I have contacted support about this almost 2 weeks ago with no reply yet. Has anyone else had this problem?

Can you post screenshots of your main window with the shape(s) and then the Cut Settings window?

Here is something interesting. I had the install file for 4.069. I uninstalled 4.075 and installed 4.069 and have had no problems with my cuts. The problem started after one of the last updates. I sure looks like a software issue.
