a SCUT file is a file that can only be created by the “Sure Cuts A Lot” software. The SCUT format lets you save your projects in case you want to cut them again in the future. For example, once you have an SVG file that you want to cut, you would open it in the “Sure Cuts A Lot ” software, import the SVG and position it on the mat. Once the file is positioned, you can rotate it and/or specify how large or small you want it. The “Sure Cuts A Lot” software lets you place as many SVG files on the mat as possible given the size of the paper. So if you have a special project that uses multiple SVG files that have specific dimensions, you can save a SCUT file so that you can cut the same project again without having start from scratch.

You don't have to break any pieces apart. We do it all for you separated by color. We do give you the full SVG file so you can delete what you don't want and re import into SCAL.

Not only are they broken up by color they are sized perfectly. So all you have to do is Open the SCUT file re position and Cut. I call it the Click-Cut-Scrap Method

We made an overview Video of what is included in our downloads
