I'm new to Inkscape. I was referred here from the gimp chat room. My hobby is designing personalized images for Birthday Parties and Decor. Looking forward to learning how to create my own doll characters for party crafting.

SCAL works quite well as a design tool for beginning designers. Lots of tutorials too. Give t a try much easier thaninkscape.

It's a powerful program, takes a bit of time to learn, but well worth it.
