Need help recreating a font asap if possible please :)

Does anyone know how to create this? I have tried with the text to path and it is not working. I have SCAL 3 thank you :)

If you are seeking to make the words bulge like West Texas then you would use the bulge feature in the effects menu. See this post to get you started.
