Scut 4.040 print and cut function not working

Is it just me, or is the print and cut function on Sure Cuts A Lot 4.040 not functioning. I've tried just about everything but nothing works. I can't even calibrate the laser of get the laser over all three marks, usually just the first and then it stops working, crashes.
Anyone know what I can do? I've contacted Support, but no reply

I suggest you file a support request with craftedge.com directly. They will help you figure out what is going on. Report back here when you get it fixed so all of us will know too. They do not regularly visit this forum.

Yeah, I did that before I posted this message, they haven't responded. I was hoping to find some answers from other users.
