Who runs Craft Edge?

Does anyone know who runs Craft Edge? Is it still Todd. I was having an issue with SCAL4 not wanting to open and one of the customer service reps spent hours with me over several days trying to get it fixed and HE did. I would like to send a shout out to whoever is in charge.

You can send an email to support@craftedge.com. When I get an answer it only says "the craftedge team"...so I don't know who exactly is answering, but I always get one.
