SCALP 4 Projects not opening

I've laid out two separate projects recently which after saving and closing have not opened again for me. The pop up box says that the file is either invalid or corrupt. I haven't changed any settings recently and am a little frustrated at hours of work lost. Any ideas?

I tried attaching the file so someone could verify the issue, but it's too large.

Almost 3 weeks later and still having this problem... It's killing my productivity, as I have to design as I go, instead of being able to design and save projects all at once and then open and cut them later.



Anyone having this issue as well, or am I alone in this? Any ideas whatsoever? I've tried re-installing and have had no luck. Extremely frustrating!!!!

Im so sorry you are having this problem. Im just learning scal 4 & really havent learned scal 3 yet! Im just "ok" on scal 2 & I know just enough to get me by on that! I really hope someone answers you soon!

I suggest you contact support@craftedge.com. There is a form on that site to request support directly from them. They do no monitor this forum very often and they are the ones to help you.
