Below the message box where you typed your message, there are the Preview, Submit, Save, and Cancel buttons. Below that is a blue bar titled "Upload attachment". Under the blue bar, there is a field to either enter the file name (full path), or you can click on the Browse button and find the file on your system. I use the Browse button. Find your file and click Open in the popup window. You can optionally enter comments about the file. When done, Click on Add the File to the right of the File comment text area. When you are finished with your message (you must have a subject and some message text), click Submit. That's all there is to it. HTH
