Design Idea needed

I need help with a design. My dd is turning one soon and I am trying to come up with a word book for her (and the grandparents) I have taken a picture one each monthly birthdate in a pink onesie in the same chair. If I do a 1-12 page then I won;t have enough room for the pics on the first pages and too much room on the last pages. I was hoping that someone could help me see how I wanted to lay it out. One I get the idea I am pretty good with inkscape and Scal so could do it but I just an idea. Everyone here is so wonderful and creative that I know someone here could point me in the direction. TIA

You could either do two months on each page or do 2 tiers of numbers. Either way if you start with a larger rectangle you would have more room for pictures.

Another option is to put your binding along the top and make little tabs along the bottom of 1 - 12, then each page would be the same size.
