heart handle shopping bag

Post by Rorysnonna »

Hi all,
Hope someone finds this file useful for valentine's day. I got the idea from Accucuts website. I plan to cut them with k&company valentine paper and fill with red paper shreds and dove hearts. I will try to post a pic at some point. Thanks to all who share and hope some one can use this file. Happy cutting.

If anyone needs assisstance with score lines let me know you can email me at LhueyC@aol.com or post here. I usually hand score boxes and bags but for file sharing a dashed line would help.

oh I love it. So glad you cut it. You have me inspired to start my treats for Valentines Day. I stopped on the way to work this morning and picked up my Dove hearts so I hope to get started on Sunday. Also I took the original cricut shopping bag from the Tags Bags cart and put the heart handle on that one as well. I will upload the file at some point this weekend. Its nice too because it flare out on the bottom. More purse like if you know what I mean.

It is for the Cricut....simply download the file then open the scut rather than import.

Thank you so much! This helpful info really made my day! I figured out how to use it for my Cricut. I didn't know you could use scut files in the Cricut. Guess I'm going to check out all the scut files now.

Yes you definitely can use .scut files in SCAL, they are made in SCAL. What you CANNOT use is .cut files, these are from DS. Although many of them can be traced and converted to .svg in Inkscape

I am getting ready to cut this... Do you just assume that the fold lines are equal to the "tabs" at the bottom and then score straight across the bottom? I would assume so but just wanted to ask for some clarification...
