Cameo-print and cut image do not align

Hi,
I just got my Cameo and was trying out the print and cut feature using scal 3. I got it to work but the print and cut image do not align. Any suggestions will be greatily appreciated!

I don't have a cameo, but I do know that you have to be printing from within SCAL...while scal is open use that FILE and PRINT...you can not print from your regular printing program window.

Would that be 3 point laser print & cut? If so have you calibrated the laser?

Thank you so much for your prompt responses! I did use the print function from scal 3 and my printer is an inkjet printer. Do you know what else I can try?

have you calibrated the laser?

I tried calibrating the Cameo and I'm happening difficulty with it. I'm having difficulty understanding the instructions. I'm truly a newbie to this and needs to spend more time understanding the machine. But thank you for all your suggestions!
