Ifanview question

Got new laptop. Now my svgs don't show a picture in Ifanview. Can anybody tell me what setting I need to change? Thanks!

btt...other than remove from Program Files and re-download...I am not sure what you should try.
Sending this to the top for some help. Let us know what kind of computer you are using...maybe that will help others to help you.

I'm using a Hp running Windows 7. It is definitely powerful enough to handle this. The thumbs are still showing nicely on the old laptop (also Hp). It's showing the .jpg files. It must be a setting, but I can't find it. Thanks.

Sorry for no response to this yet...any chance HP customer service could assist you by phone. With a new computer you usually get phone support for awhile. Just a thought. btt.
