Activation code
My laptop crashed big time. Now when I try to reload and activate scal2, it wants an activation code. Where do I get this. I am so confused and getting upset. I am sure it's something easy. Please help

You don't say which software you have so I will assume it is SCAL2. Go to this link, choose your software, make sure you have your serial number available to generate the activation code.

what is the third line, the site code. I can't believe how frustrating this is. All I wanted to do was use a different computer due to the fact there is something wrong with my desktop, probably cause it's 6 years old don't help. When I do type in name and serial number, it says that they are both invalid. HELP
