I had a Cricut and used it faithfully with the first SCAL to come out The Cricut just died last week. So I was looking for a new one, but thankfully I did some research first and found that I couldn't use my beloved SCAL, so I started looking for something else and settled on the eClips. I found a brand new one, in the box, for 225.00 And it's MINE! Just waiting for it to get here. Can't wait to download eCal to get started!

Yay! You're gonna love it. Just a suggestion. Make sure after you install your ecal software that you check the version. If it's 1.001 then you'll need to update it to 1.002 first thing. The reason for this is, if you save an scut file in 1.001 and then update to 1.002, you will lose your ability to open the file. So, if you do the update right away, you'll not have to deal with that.
