Christmas Gifts from Craft day with Grandsons

Hello everyone here are some of the pictures from Craft day with the grandson. The boys wore me out. It was 8 pm when we got finished. The 4 yr old didn't enjoy the crafts as much as making cookies from scratch. :lol: The roses are for their mom along with the jewerly. We are not finished with the jewerly. Finished photos coming soon.
The set you see is for the 4yr old teachers. I have 2 more tiles to make for the 4 yr old and then on to the 10 yr old teacher.
I pray that everyone had a joyous and peaceful Thanksgiving.

Here is one set almost complete. I am going to add a hat or scarf, so that the teacher can see the flexible and endless possibilities of their flower pin.

Clever use of egg carton! I love the poinsettia and the pins are lovely...can't wait to see your scarf idea. And, now I am hungry...cookies look yummy!

I used the 5 point star in SCAL and trimed the pointes. The pot is a plastic storage container, we covered the with a napkin. Poked holes in the top of the container.inserted the wirer stems. I had to glue them to the top, the candy peices where heavy. Covered the top with glue, I thought i had the moss but we adjusted pulled out the paper shredder n scrap paper and we had grass. We finished it off with ribbon.

I was excited with the finished product. It came together like I invisioned it. :P
