my grandson just loves bacagan (sp) from the cartoon network
does any one have these files for me to cut
I have no idea where to start

Well, I scanned the logo in Inkscape for you, but that is way too detailed for me to worry about a cut! You're free to download this SVG file and try it if you want, though!
