inserting pictures in post

Could someone direct me to the info on how to do this?

Hi, down below where you enter you post is an area for attaching a file. You can attach a .jpg, a png or a file. jpg and png's should be sized for the web....about 90dpi.

Select choose file - and find it on your computer
After it loads the name will be in the area that now says "no file selected"
Click Add the file

If you are adding a picture you'll see right under your message box "place inline". If you click on this a link will appear right in the text area. When you submit the post the picture will show in the post.

If you don't "place" inline a download link will appear under your post.

If this is not clear, please post again.
