scal 2 and latest version of design studio

have been away for a long time. If I download newest design studio version can I still use my scal version 2 without a problem? currently using version 1.04 i think

About a month ago I reinstalled windows and so it wiped all my programs and I went and downloaded the trial of both programs you mentioned, updated them both, and contacted the companies to reactivate and everything works just fine.
