Help! Serial # is not working to load program!

I e-mailed support, but since it's Sat. I figure someone on here might be able to help quicker. I am having to activate manually. So I go to the activate page to get my activation code, type in everything incl. serial and site code, but it won't give me an activation #. Anyone had this problem and know what to do?
