Fun in the Sun

Here's one for a beach or pool layout. If you want to double mat it, download both files.

I love your design. I tried making one this morning but my word was too big to fit my mat; in fact, it was almost the same size. How do you make sure your sizes are appropriate given the fact that when you import in SCA it imports small and then it has to be enlarged. thanks

Thank you.
You make it all in Inkscape so that it's proportional. Then when you move it to SCAL, you can make it any size you want.

Jancy's instructions are somewhere on this forum but basically, after you've finished welding, you just go edit>duplicate, then path>outset. Make it a little bigger then move the mat off the original design.

have you default size set small like 2 inches then you can pull the arrow and make it larger

Got it! I was saving them separately so it was hard to find the size in SCA. But I saved them under one file and then just pulled on the arrows and it all stayed proportioned. Thanks a lot
