Need help doing something please

I posted this in general also... I am using the Franklin Gothlic Demi Cond font and going to do a KMHS letters... I want the letters to be green and then outlined or trimed in black can someone tell me how to do this if it is possible with SCAL I use the microsoft digital image pro program if that is needed... I don;t have inkscape... thanks

In SCAL 2, use the T, and you may also have to click on the box with the Tt's if it was a separate download, and find your font and type like a typewriter. Select it all with the arrow key and then right click and copy paste, and then in Appearances Style choose a Shadow that you want. Change color by clicking on the color box in the Properties panel, black for shadow and green for inside letters. If you want the letters separate, you will have to select them all and go to Object breakapart and do as above for each individual letter.
