cannot convert

Can someone please help me? I only have SCAL 1 and cannot seem to get Inkscape to trace this for me...can someone please help me out?

I traced bitmap by colors in inkscape, saved each color, I opened in scal all colors are there, just ungroup and size desired in scal. Forgot to add. if you just want the traced outline delete the multiple colors, I believe there were six shades in that logo.
