This was my first project using canvas and vinyl. I decided to create a sign about my kids. One canvas is of my older boy, Brady, and includes his Bdate, size, time he was born, all of his likes and characteristics, cities he lived in, etc.... The second canvas is of the same concept but of my other son, Kevin.
And finally a picture of both canvases displayed on the wall:My First Subway Art Project

Excellent job!
What vinyl did you use and how well did it stick to your canvas?

Re: My First Subway Art Project
Thanks!
I just used Oracle 31 indoor vinyl and then when done I used a brush and coated the canvas with a very thin coat of mod podge clear glue. When that was dry then I sprayed a high gloss acrylic spray coat to seal everything in and to get that shiny finish.
