Is there a supplier out there that sells small quanities and different colors of vinyl? Sometimes they have sample packages

Here is one from Pop-Ups Etc.

The sheets are 9" x 4", and come in 11 different colors. Cost .80 each. I think they could do a better job of identifying the product. But they are very fast in shipping out your order.
