INVALID SERIAL NUMBER

Post by mscoles28 »

hello all,
i'm trying to update to SCAL version 2, and when I go to the page to verify I have SCAL version 1 and enter my serial number I get an error message that my serial number is invalid. I notified Craftedge by email and they responed that my serial number was incorrect, but they sent me the same serial number to reenter for scal 2. I did and got the same error message that it was an invalid number, what do I do now? I have been having trouble with Craftedge for over a year trying to get a new serial number but they refuse to send me a new one...help please

Are you using any spaces or dashes? Or using caps/not using caps?

iF YOU STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL NUMBER THEY SENT YOU, MY SUGGESTION IS COPY AND PASTE IT. SOMETIMES O'S LOOK LIKE ZEROS AND I LOOK LIKE L'S OR ONES. COPY AND PASTE IS WHAT I DID WHEN I LOST MY HARDDRIVES
