Craft Edge

Need help in upgrading to the latest version. Mine is 1.016 and I have searched the download pages and can't find where I download and pay the $19.95 instead of having to purchase at the full amount as if I didn't have SCAL at all. can someone please direct me to the correct place. I downloaded the trial version and it won't let me cut. Really want the latest version at the price quoted of $19.95 - help!!

I don't represent the company in any way..just a user but when I went to the Buy Now area it has a price of $35.00 to upgrade, for download only and $50.00 if you want the CD-ROM but you have to verify your version by clicking on the link they provide. I haven't seen anything for $19.95 on their site.

It is 35 dollars to upgrade now...

My sister just bought her upgrade on Saturday and it said $35 however, when she went to pay for it, it was $19.95.

Go here then click on the "verify your current version" link. Enter your current serial number and e-mail. They will send you a code for the upgrade discount. Click on the Buy SCAL version2 link and be sure to enter your code. They will e-mail a new serial number for SCAL2. Download, install SCAL2, and activate it with your new serial number.

Heather - thanks for your help - when i tried to request my forgotton serial number get a message that my email address is not on record - I certainly haven't changed it since I purchases Scal version 1.016 - am getting frustrated as want to upgrade at the discounted price. Have sent an email to the support desk - here's hoping they can help!

Do you still have SCAL1 installed? If you do, start the program, then from the menu go to Help/About. A box will pop up that has your serial number in it.

If your original purchase was from a vendor/retailer instead of directly from craft edge, they won't be able to look up your serial number by email address.

I've never seen a $19.95 upgrade either, but that would be cool.

thanks folks - managed to contact the seller I purchased from and they have sent me my serial number - just waiting for reply now from Craftedge and then I am in business - I hope!!

Doing the happy dance! I saw this post and have been wanting to upgrade to scal2 and once I entered my code at checkout it did come out $19.95 for the upgrade (download only)! Thank you all for sharing this info!
