Convert .mtc file?

I found these really cute picnic baskets in the MTC forums when googling for baskets to make. I love the baskets but only use SCAL of course :)

I'm very new to this and therefore don't know if it's possible to convert these somehow. Is this possible? If not, does anyone know of any other "basket" type files I can use. I did a search in the forums and wasn't able to find anything else.
