newbie needs help making SVG file from psd file
I need to make the shape of a fish that I have in a photoshop document (.psd) but have no clue how to get it into svg format... can anybody help me out?

I saved the psd file as a jpg but it says it's too big to upload.. my husband can usually help me but he's not around and I need to cut this fish out... can anybody walk me through this?
