Missed a cut?

Yesterday, I was cutting some welded words, and for some reason, on one of the layer, the bug didn't cut the hole out of the "g". On subsequent layers it was fine.

Now, I am wondering if I could have done something to make that hole cut out after I figured out it was missing? Anyone have any ideas?

Sometimes that happens if the letter next to a letter with a cut in the middle of it is welded too far into the letter...try moving the letter it is welded to away a bit and see if that helps.
