Some help to complete it

Post by balletcostumemom »

Alrighty, I am learning by doing with the help of many of your tutorials and help here. And I finally got a bit done by myself on a few projects. YEAH! But now this one has me stumped. I got further in SCAL2 on this one than in Inkscape but am now stuck there also. I'm hoping both files can be attached. I started with a very grainy coloring book page, and then cleaned up a good bit in SCAL2, but now cannot get into the center of the design to clean up the rest to make it a vinyl cut for a clear clipboard. I ungrouped, broke apart and cannot seem to highlight the inner areas to get rid of them. Any help is appreciated and if you can tell me what you did so I can know for next time I'd appreciate it. :)

Note there are two files, the photo showing is the coloring page, the file you click on is the scut file.

Yes, thank you so very much! If you have time and fixed that in SCAL2.010, can you tell me how you did it? Again, thank you very much.

The problem with your image and trying to clean it up more was the fact a lot of pieces were separated along the outside edge. You would have had to join them together...
