I did this yesterday and I love it. I used a tutorial from cutting time on Interpolate Sub-paths to help make the frame. Here's that link.

You can also do it the slow way by copy/paste all the circles, but who wants to do that?

Thank you for sharing your pretty frame. I will check out the tutorial when my internet connection is more stable. On satellite with a dish covered in snow...everything is sooooo slow.
