Hawkeye and Cyclone Glass Blocks
Yeah! My first finished vinyl projects! These are for a school auction. Obviously, I'll replace the "Your Name" with personalization. I might add a wide ribbon on top with a little bit more vinyl (Go Hawks or Go 'Clones) Any other ideas?

They look fabulous.. I wouldn't add anything more to them.. I think they look great just the way they are.. Good job...and good luck at your auction..
Re: Hawkeye and Cyclone Glass Blocks
They look awesome! When I did my glass blocks, I actually used frosted contact paper. It is cheaper than the vinyl and it looks exactly the same! Thanks for sharing!

It's been around forever-- and it's not paper-- its like sticky-backed vinyl... you can find rolls of it at basic Wal-Mart type stores-- in housewares by the shelf/drawer liner type stuff, if that makes any more sense lol.btails wrote:I hear everyone talking about contact paper...what exactly is this paper and where do you find it ? thanks !! I use a lot of white contact paper - it is thinner than Oracal 631, which I like because it makes layering easy (when I use white on the bottom).
I haven't been able to find just smooth frosted contact paper - white or shelf designs are about the only thing I can find at the store, or textured frosted. If anyone knows where to get smooth frosted contact, I would appreciate knowing!
