need help please-scal2 update problem cross post

I downloaded the update yesterday and now scal 2 is messed up, When I open a file its all colored differnt colors and looks doubled up. ITS NOT I CHECKED.
Also when trying to move across mat it freezes up or jumps off mat. What is wrong and how do I fix it?
Yes my firmware is up to date.
