Height and Width adjustment

I would like SCAL make a minor change in the area of size adjustment. Currently, if I am trying to re-create an image in SCAL, I can only adjust the size to 2 decimal places whereas the same image in DS is adjustable to 3 decimal places. I would like to see SCAL sizes adjustable to 3 decimal places in order to get the exact size I am trying to duplicate.
