I need help making the borders on this graphic smooth. How do it do it in Inkscape? Or is someone able to just do it for me? Thank you!

Re: Help with borders on this graphic, please
Would you possibly be able to help me with tracing this one and making it smooth, too?
Is there a tutorial out there to teach me how to do this?

Wendy, which version of SCAL/eCAL are you using and on what cutter? Since the image has open pieces you will only be able to cut around it. Is this what you want?

Simple to do in SCAL
File, Trace, OK, and there it is. Three clicks and it is done. If for some reason, you want an .svg, just go to File and Export and save it as an .svg.

Wendy....you really should give tracing a try. There is a learning curve, but once you learn it you will be able to whip some of these simple ones up.

I've done tracing, but then there are a lot of little spots that get cut into the image, too. So it is just a clean solid cut....I hope that made sense.

I am using SCUL3 with a Cameo.

gj1...thank you, it looks perfect.
I have used the trace feature a lot, however, when I tried it with this image it showed a lot of minute cuts into the outline image. Did you do anything to get it to "fill" in those gaps?
