In defense of Todd (and yes, I will defend him) you are asking him if it will work on your machine...that is not a fair question. He could tell you yes, it will work on your machine (and basically if you have the minimum requirements ( http://www.craftedge.com/products/products.html ) it should work but supposed you have some setting that conflicts with the software (i.e., DSS updates) then what? I would download the trial version but I downloaded it a long time ago and got busy and never used it and now it will not let me use the trial version because it ran out of time.
Any ideas how to use the trial version again so I can see if it works now?

Todd is excellent in troubleshooting his software and has knowledge about the working of the software on the Cricut and what can go wrong...and he is good about getting back to us when we have a problem.
